Salvos yoga is a group of people that meet together regularly for exercise and meditation. The exercise component is comprised of gentle to mild stretching and Christian symbols are used to facilitate the meditation element.

We currently have multiple locations in Northern Melbourne and will be expanding in the near future.

With Covid-19 restrictions in place, Salvos Yoga won't be holding classes but our Restore Video series is on its way in April..

Restore is a series of 5 videos produced by Salvos Yoga in early 2020.

We are hoping to have regular online Restore video available for you to subscribe to very soon.
